I want to introduce my mentor Jack Canfield, best selling author of Chicken Soup for the Soul® and #1 Success Coach. He and his book The Success Principles® are the reason I am doing this challenge. He has been a huge force in my life. I have used his Principles to help streamline my life to become the person I am today. I am excited to be able to share his Principles and commentary with you as I now am a certified Canfield player! The articles you will be reading will be either articles he has written or excerpts from his book. I will stream live each day to state the Principle we are going to focus on, tell a little bit about my story using these Principles and give you a link to my blog so you can read more. I will also provide an affirmation each day for our challenge but you may come up with some on your own! In addition, Dr. Deb Sandella and Dina Proctor will be allowing us to use their mediations during out time together. I’ll post more on that later. And finally, we will be doing Pilates Matwork.
