Meditation: Celebrating Our Mistakes

Happy Friday and happy challenge this weekend! Do you love the skin you are in? Here are 10 ways we are going to challenge ourselves this weekend to amp up loving ourselves and loving the skin we are in:
- Celebrate you for all of the accomplishments you have had over the course of our time together in MAP
- Appreciate yourself for the time and effort you have been willing to put yourself out there to grow and change.
- Step back into your god/goddess to share your love for yourself and send love to others.
- Let the negative thoughts and reactions bounce off of you and replace them with loving supportive ones.
- Be in the flow of love, joy and appreciation for what you have and what you have become.
- Let go of control and let things happen as they happen
- Say only affirming, loving words to yourself.
- Stay in your inner peace when chaos is happening around you.
- Have fun and connect to others with love and light.
- Laugh, love and be comfortable in the skin you are in!
