Oh my gosh! We are moving so fast and now we are down to our last 9 days. I have so much enjoyed this journey with you but we still have time to be together and continue to MAP this week.
Today’s focus is on FREEDOM. When I encouraged you to join MAP, I told you that you would feel better about yourself, find inner peace and find more freedom in your life. We have been working very hard on your inner dialogue, staying positive, meditation for inner peace and moving your body with Pilates. So now its time to touch on finding more freedom in our lives.
