Meditation: A Way to Solve Any Problem
Affirmation: My mind is full of gratitude for my lovely and wonderful life.
Pilates: The First 15 Exercises – How is the Pilates Challenge going for the week?
Let’s Talk: I would love to connect with you one-on one. Tomorrow I am going to post a sign up sheet for you to choose a time and day for us to chat about what is happening in MAP. How is it going? What is working for you? What could you use more time with? How can I support you? If you would rather offline the schedule, the email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can send you the schedule that way.
The Flow Challenge: I met with a client today who seemed to be really stressed out, tired and really tight. We always discuss his week because he travels and I only see him one time per week. I love to hear about his travels and I can tell it makes him exhausted. BUT I am blessed I get to work him out and “reset” him. Yes, in my indirect or direct way I like to reset his mind while he does Pilates. We talked today about flow and delegation. I asked him to let go of trying to control every aspect of his day and let it flow. Yes, of course we have things to do but what would it look like to assume it will all work out and if something does not get done, then it was not suppose to happen that day? Have faith that time will open up another day to get it done. That is what I mean by flow. Trust the process, trust yourself, have faith and know it will all work itself out. Could you also help yourself by delegating tasks to family, friends, co-workers, kids, etc. to help with your flow? By the end of his session he was rejuvenated and already delegating tasks in his mind to other people! Victory!
We still have another day to flow so trust and have faith. You won’t be disappointed with the results. I’ll check in tomorrow on your flow. Have a great evening!
