I had such a great session with my celeb client! He is truly a positive force in my life. In my video this morning before my session, I expressed how grateful I am to have a great life and even though I have been through some “muck” I made the choice to stand up, dust off and move forward. Because if I did not, my life would surely be different and not for the good of myself or for you! My big message today came from my client:
No, know, no…negative thoughts. What does that really do to us? It sets us at such a low vibration that we attract the same negativity in many areas of our lives. Today I was asked to pay special attention to what I say to myself. I must have corrected myself 50 times already. Yikes, it becomes so normal that we don’t really realize it. Can you be very present and aware of what you say to yourself and quickly change it? Think about your surroundings and what that looks like. Are you hanging out with gossips, people that complain, people that play the victim, or even standing near a conversation that is destructive or hurtful. How is that serving you? Could you take a step back today and assess what you are thinking about and where those thoughts are coming from? Could you take responsibility for what you are saying to yourself or who you are surrounding yourself with? Can you move to another line, aisle or seat if you are hearing a negative conversation? Can you imagine if you could release the negative self-talk and the people that may bring you down, how things would shift in your life? Living in a state of love, gratitude, joy and above all appreciation is key to MAPing. Say in a state of appreciation of who you are, what you have accomplished and who you have become in the past 2-1/2 weeks. Truly release how all of this is going to get done and look at the end result. You will get there as long as you flow with the how. Someone once told me not to take myself so seriously and have some fun. We’ll, now more than ever I get it and will practice this weekend.
