Meditation: What is that Noise in Your Head?
Affirmation: I know that I can master anything!
I’m excited that we are two weeks into our program and going strong! We are going to amp up the next two weeks and really work on the clutter in our lives. What do I mean?? We are going to start with taking just 5% more responsibility. I want you to go back to the first day of our challenge Taking 100% Responsibility and see if there is anywhere else in your life that you can take just 5% more responsibility. For me, I can take 5% more responsibility on my intake of water and 5% more responsibility of decreasing my caffeine intake per day. A small percentage but a manageable one for me. Keep it simple and manageable but what would that look like for you if you just took 5% more responsibility??
Next, I’m going to pull in the reins a little and get us caught up on the Pilates portion. First, I am going to challenge you to take 5% more responsibility and do the Pilates 15 exercises video each day (Mon-Sun). It is about 5 minutes long and we can all manage 5 minutes of exercise a day. Yes?? Yes! 5 minutes, 5%…
Finally, we are going to start to take 5% more responsibility for the clutter in our heads and in our space. My dear friend and professional organizer, Diane Anthony, who owns Peace of Space (www.peaceofspace.com) will be speaking to us LIVE this Wednesday the 21st at 12:00pm PST on how to clear the clutter in our space to help us clear the clutter in our heads. I spoke with Diane yesterday and am so excited for you guys to hear what she has to say. I am going to start on this one junk drawer that I open everyday and say to myself, I need to clean this out but have not started on it for 2 years! Yikes! Sound familiar?
